Sheargold created this award-winning suburb in the 90s. The master-planned community of Cordeaux Heights in Wollongong received many awards and commendations around the time it was completed in 1999. It incorporated many firsts for development in NSW, including a hierarchy of street widths, the use of roll-over curbs, and a comprehensive stormwater management system throughout an extensive network of parks.
